First stop . . . CAPITAL HILL in Salt Lake City, Utah.
I think Micah and I have given the traditional Utah tour about a dozen times now, but this was the first time we have gone to the Capital building. The weather was not the best . . . it was obvious to me that Fall was quickly approaching and it was a matter of time before we had our first snow.
There was so much to see and read, but with two young boys it was hard to keep them interested in history. Their reward for being on good behavior was a trip to Hatch Family Chocolate were each boy got a milk chocolate Turtle, Robin had an apricot creme and Micah and I shared a dark chocolate Turtle. If you are ever in Utah a must go to is Hatch Family Chocolate (Steve and Katie Hatch have a show on TLC called Little Chocolatiers)
Next stop . . . . Beehive House!
